Spring Quiche

So, the weather here is definitely taking a turn for the better; the sun is out and birds have returned.  But, there is still a crispness to the air.  So, this quiche is perfect- spring vegetables plus the  hearty wholesomeness of egg, cheese, and pie crust.  This would be a great dish to bring to an Easter brunch.
